Jan Duniec

Jan is an experienced consultant who has built a successful track record of international experience of business and plant management in the UK, France and Poland.

With 17 years of plant and business executive management experience, he has hands-on knowledge of British, American, French, Danish, Swedish as well as Polish work cultures. He is familiar with industry, consumer products, contract manufacturing and outsourced services.

He possesses a proven track record of leadership, change management, business development, key account management, business turnaround, performance improvement, lean manufacturing and cost reduction which enables him to be a very constructive and practical consultant who provides real added value to business.

Jan is the Global Sector Co-Leader of Industrial Equipment and Components at Stanton Chase. He is a Partner who specialises in consulting in the industrial, technology, consumer products and services, as well as the SCC/BPO business sectors.

Jan has dual Polish and British nationalities and is fluent in both languages. He is a graduate of the University of Manchester with an honours degree in Physics. He was resident in the UK until 1991 and since then has been predominantly based in Poland. He is married and has two children.
