Isabel has more than ten years of experience working as a research expert. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Isabel worked for several well-known executive search firms in Chile, providing support and knowledge in market research and candidate sourcing for different industries, including consumer goods, healthcare, and technology, among others.

Isabel holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello, Chile.
