Holger Hagendorn

Holger is a Partner in the Stanton Chase Dusseldorf office. He is a member of the firm’s Industrial and Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation global practice groups.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Holger worked as a Consultant, Partner, and Managing Partner in national and international executive search companies. He has more than 15 years of executive search experience and is familiar with a broad range of Industries and in working for clients, from family-owned businesses to large multinational companies.

After completing studies in business administration from the University in Mannheim, he began his career at a medium-sized industry group of companies as HR manager. After three years he was appointed a member of the Executive Board.

He primarily focuses on the automotive supplier industry, mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and industrial.

Holger is married and a proud father of one adult son. He is fluent in German and English. In his leisure time he enjoys travelling, playing golf, and reading good books.
