Giovanni Strapazzon
Giovanni is a Director in the Stanton Chase Milan office, where he manages Executive Search Assignments at BoD and Divisional levels, as well as provides Organizational and Assessment Consultancy. His expertise is focused mainly on the Life Sciences and Healthcare, Industrial, and Professional Services sectors.
He started his career with KPMG as Auditor and then joined Arnoldo Mondadori Editore in the Controlling Department of the Industrial Division. Later, he moved to GSK taking on increasing responsibilities in the HR Department. After this experience, he joined the international Pharmaceutical and Chemical Company Zambon Group, where he continued his career until he assumed the role of Global HR & Organization Director.
Throughout his career, Giovanni has developed competencies of Auditing, Controlling, People Management, Change Management, People Engagement, Talent Acquisition & Development, Organizational Development and Governance Redesign, Company Start-up, and M&A.
Giovanni received a degree in in Economics & Business from Verona University and holds a post graduate Master in Company Management carried out at C.U.O.A. Business School. He is also a certified Corporate & Executive Coach.
