Gabriele Gradnitzer

Gabriele Gradnitzer is a Partner at the Vienna office of Stanton Chase. She provides executive search services, management audits, and leadership advisory to her clients in acting as a trusted adviser to the general management, owners, HR, and business managers.

Gabriele brings almost 25 years of experience in recruiting executives as well as specialists in life sciences and healthcare, including the pharmaceutical industry, biotech, med tech, and diagnostics. She also covers the consumer goods and retail industry and the industrial sector with a strong focus on agribusiness. Gabriele has conducted numerous searches for large public-owned multinationals and corporates as well as family-owned mid-sized companies and startups in these sectors.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Gabriele was asked to drive her practice group for Amrop, an international executive search organization, in Austria. For another 11 years, she was a Senior Client Manager with a leading retained executive search firm, Neumann International. There, her scope was broad and multifunctional including diverse leading roles in Austria, DACH, and the CEE region. Prior to this, Gabriele started her career in executive search at a global search boutique, Tasa International, in the mid-1990s.

Gabriele graduated with an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics & Business Administration. She also studied at the University of Surrey in the United Kingdom and holds a degree in tourism management, which she gained at the Vienna University of Economics & Business Administration.

She is a native speaker of German, is fluent in English, and has a good command of French.
