Frank Hirsch

Frank’s core consulting competence comprises all kind of manufacturing industries especially natural resources, energy, automotive, construction, engineering, chemicals, electronics, technology and food. He focuses on filling cross-functional key positions in family-owned small- and middle-sized companies as well as in large stock-listed corporations. Furthermore, Frank supports international operating companies in establishing business activities in Germany. Long-term project experience and intensive knowledge of the German and European industry sector make him an excellent partner to resolve challenging national and international search projects.

Before moving to Stanton Chase Düsseldorf Frank was partner at one of the leading, German-based executive search companies with main activities in the industry sector in Europe and the Emerging Markets. Frank started his career with an international operating recruiting company where he supported to establish and to develop the business in the German market. He managed teams with different business functions and later on became part of the Executive Management Team.

After the successful completion of the officer training in the German Armed Forces Frank subsequently graduated with a Master in Business Administration at the University of Passau, including studies abroad in Vancouver. He is fluent in German and English and has some working knowledge in French.
