François Philibert

François brings to Stanton Chase his extensive experience in two Practice Groups: Industrial and Consumer Products and Services.  He works with company Directors and executive management teams to conduct executive searches.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, François alternated between consultancy roles and operational roles throughout his career.

He spent 16 years in the field of executive search consultancy, first as a Consultant then as teams and industry & agri-food practice Director in international human resources and recruitment consultancy firms.  François also has 17 years of experience in CEO, MD, HRD roles in large industrial groups in the metal industry, automotive equipment, and cycle parts sectors.

From 2003 to 2008, François was Senior VP Human Resources for a world leader in healthy nutrition for cats and dogs.

François has worked in complex and varied economic environments both in contexts with rapid, continuous development but also those requiring downsizing, cost control and the optimal use of resources.

François has qualifications in employment law and completed a doctorate in human resources management at the Institut de Gestion Sociale in Lyon.

François speaks French and English and works out of our Paris & Lyon offices.
