North America Private Equity Practice Leader
Finley H. Konrade has over fifteen years of experience identifying, assessing and placing top executive talent across North America, EMEA and APAC. As Texas Managing Director, Finley works with Fortune 500 corporations, private mid-size enterprises, as well as private equity portfolio companies. Today, Finley serves as the North America Private Equity Practice Lead and is a US steering committee member of the Board Services functional specialization practice.
Since joining the firm in 2013, Finley’s work at Stanton Chase has been broad in scope, working cross-functionally for global clients in the industrial, financial services, and consumer products sectors. Within Stanton Chase’s Industrial Practice, she serves as Global Key Account Manager of the firm’s largest industrial building materials client.
Early in her career Finley was an in-house recruiter for advertising and professional services organizations. Finley began her executive search firm career joining Korn Ferry where she supported Senior Client Partners in Technology and Life Science Practices. As a Director at ON Search Partners, Finley partnered with high-tech clients in the semiconductor, capital equipment, solar, and software sectors.
Finley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Southern Methodist University’s Meadows School.
Currently Finley is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth. She has been a Board Member at The Lamplighter School in Dallas and she previously served as an Advisor for Kappa Alpha Theta at Southern Methodist University. Finley is a committed and passionate volunteer for Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship, which leverages her love for horses and providing a better quality of life for children, adults and veterans with diverse needs.
