Emilio is a global Human Resources Executive, with more than thirty years experience in eight different industries, within Fortune 500 companies. His experience, knowledge and achievements have been greater in areas such as: Strategic Change Processes, Identification and Leadership Development, and Support Strategies Succession Talent, out of others.
His National and International experience has developed in distinct companies such as: Reiter Affiliated Companies (USA), PepsiCo Group (Mexico and USA), Citibank, Monsanto, Cadbury Schweppes and Ford Motor Company.
Emilio has a Masters in Information Systems from ITESM-CEM, Diploma in Computerized Systems from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad La Salle. He has participated in General Management programs in Kellogg School of Management, at Northwestern University and Advanced Human Resource Strategies in Ross School of Business, at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
He has Certifications in Emotional Intelligence, Executive Coaching and Team Coaching.
