He has a knack for helping business leaders understand, identify, and develop candidates who are the best fit for executive roles.
Egemen specializes in the recruitment and leadership development of senior-level executives, his track record of recruiting experience spans an array of functional areas and titles, e.g., Board Directors, Non-Executive Directors, President, CEO, CFO, COO, CMO, CHRO, and other senior-level roles. Egemen works on behalf of clients to find the best-fit talent for them, regardless of whether the assignment is for a challenging position or a confidential vacancy. He also works in consultation with his candidates to place them in roles that align with their career goals. He has successfully completed many search assignments across all sectors and his client base includes several conglomerate companies to mid-cap and fast-growing smaller businesses.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Egemen worked for two international executive search firms as a core member of their Industrial, Financial, and Professional Services practices. Earlier in his career, Egemen worked at a Financial Services firm where he focused on Audit and Tax assignments in various sectors.
