Eduardo Rizo-Patron

Eduardo began working in Human Resources with Eli Lilly Co., in Indianapolis. He first worked in their Animal Health division (Elanco) in the United States and was later transferred to Peru. He has held top positions in leading companies operating in the industrial market, retail, agricultural business and mass media sectors.

Eduardo founded an executive search company, Match Consultores SAC, in 1999 and has successfully conducted search assignments for a number of practice groups, including Industrial, Consumer Products and Services, Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation, Technology and Professional Services.

Eduardo was invited to join Stanton Chase International, representing Lima, in 2003. Since then he has focused primarily on the Consumer Products and Services and Industrial Practice Groups.

During these years Eduardo has demonstrated to be highly ethical and maintains excellent relations with clients and candidates. His commitment is the key to his outstanding client service.

Eduardo holds an Agricultural Engineering degree from the Universidad Nacional Agraria in Lima, Peru.
