Dr. Eberhard Fischer

Eberhard has gained brought technical expertise, starting in Germany’s largest international electronic company in the power generating business focusing on materials science and testing with advanced technologies during erection and later on in the service business of nuclear and conventional power plants worldwide. In the automation of production and service processes he successfully implemented advanced systems utilizing automated and robotic technologies in the energy business e.g. for turbines, in the automotive industry e.g. for high speed trains and in the air and space industry e.g. for booster, satellite tanks and airplanes. This wide range of technical expertise on an international level provides his basis in the related industries for a large network of contacts to Managers and Key Experts.

Several years of management functions in Germany as well as in the US e.g. as Managing Director of companies of German and French concerns provides him with the experience to develop appropriate strategic approaches especially for the recruiting of key people for key positions.

This background of Eberhard is the basis for his successful recruiting activities as a Consultant of Stanton Chase to provide his clients, international concerns and local midsize companies, as manufacturers and utilities in the energy generating business, in the waste management business, for international operating industrial services and technology companies with Key Experts and Managers.

Prior of starting his industrial career Eberhard has achieved his diploma in physics at the Federal Institute of Materials Testing and Research in Berlin. He holds his PhD in Physics at the free University in Berlin. He is enjoying sports like basketball, skiing and jogging. He speaks fluently English and German and is also familiar working in a French company.
