Dr. Achim Schulte-Goebel

Achim focused on executive search for 17 years prior to joining Stanton Chase Düsseldorf in 2009. He began his professional career in 1992 as a Research Consultant with Siebenlist, Grey & Partner GmbH, a boutique executive search firm and member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. Achim has provided executive search consulting solutions for clients since 1998. From 2003 on he acted as a Partner with Siebenlist, Grey & Partner.

Over the years, Achim has successfully conducted a large number of search assignments such as in the fields of sales, key account management, marketing and finance on different management levels. He has completed searches both with small and medium-sized enterprises and multinationals within the German market.

In doing so, Achim is convinced that delivering added value to his clients requires not only specialized business expertise, but also thoroughness, tenacity and clear ethical standards within the search process.

Earlier in his career he studied history, politics and literature at the Universities of Düsseldorf and Bonn. He holds a Master of Arts degree, as well as a PhD in economic history. Achim is married and has two children. He enjoys playing sports, motorcycling and reading.
