In 2004 Dennis moved to the Citizens Advice Bureau as an Immigration and Employment Law Adviser.
Changes related to the industry and an interest in education-related matters led to his next role at one of the foremost global institutions on African and Oriental Studies (SOAS) as a Fees, Loans, and Sponsorship Administrator while taking on an additional role as a Graduation Ceremony Officer.
Dennis left SOAS and took on a position at Erasmus Education Services in 2019. He carried out a leadership role in his capacity as the Regional Consultant for East Asia, Thailand, and Singapore.

His 18 years of experience in a wide range of industries has given him a deep understanding of corporate issues, the ability to solve problems, and critical thinking skills.
