Deb Dredden joined Stanton Chase as an Advisory Director to the Los Angeles office in 2019.

Deb is a professional leadership and mindset coach, speaker, and trainer. She brings over 25 years as an experienced, highly successful retail executive, working with Fortune 500 and renowned organizations such as Walmart, Limited Brands, Samsonite, Macy’s, and more. Deb is also an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, the largest leadership development organization in the world.

In her role as Advisory Director, Deb works with business clients and teams to help them to raise their leadership effectiveness through an increased understanding of leadership principles and application strategies.
