Danny Lee is an Executive Assessor at Stanton Chase Korea. He specializes in developing and overseeing leadership assessment and leadership development. He connects assessment results with tailored training and learning programs through comprehensive training needs analysis. His areas of expertise are assessment (leadership and sales competency), sales and marketing skills, business growth strategy, and business communication.

For the past 34 years, Danny has worked in the FMCG, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. During this time, he focused on sales force competency assessments, helping business leaders with leadership, providing communication and growth strategy assistance, and transforming struggling businesses into thriving ones.

With Stanton Chase Korea, Danny looks forward to expanding his learning experience as a diversified business leader (having been a Country Head at 3 MNC companies) and as an experienced trainer, coach, facilitator, and adjunct professor. He is certified in 3M Selling Skills, KMA Marketing, and Hogan Assessment.

Danny’s academic background is in Nuclear Engineering which he studied at Seoul National University. He also holds an MBA (Marketing) from the Yonsei Graduate School of Business Administration. He speaks native Korean and is fluent in English.
