Christopher Arnold is dedicated to serving client companies in North America. He has a demonstrated record of success in completing assignments for global clients.

With over 25 years of executive search experience, Chris has a global practice that includes functional appointments of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Human Resources, and other key leadership positions in senior management, product, engineering, strategy, sales, marketing, distribution, investment management, operations, compliance and risk, legal, infrastructure, technology, and finance.

Before executive search, Chris worked in corporate finance at General Foods Corporation in both North and South America and in public accounting across all industries at KPMG Peat, Marwick. At KPMG, Chris received his CPA license. Chris holds a bachelor’s of science in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

He supports local community efforts, including mentoring and career coaching, and has been active with Habitat for Humanity, The Bottom Line, the Massachusetts Department of Children & Families, and The Sato Project.
