Bernd Wiesen

Bernd brings profound experiences in General Management combined with distinctive entrepreneurial spirit and action to the Düsseldorf organisation. Moreover, he is a proven marketing and sales expert in FMCG and IT-solutions. He contributes distinguished experiences serving global and local clients in consumer, retail, chemical as well as in software industry.

Before starting his career as a consultant, Bernd held various management positions at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA for more than 25 years. As a member of the executive team Germany he was in charge of sales and marketing teams in the Consumer Business of Adhesive Technologies.

One of Bernd´s strongest abilities is the quick and precise analysis of customer requirements and providing appropriate solutions. His long-term management experience as well as his deep customer insights provide him with excellent evaluations skills for selecting suitable candidates.

Bernd holds a Master in Business Administration at the University of Cologne. He is fluent in German and English. Bernd is happily married and has two adult daughters. His outside interests are journeys with his wife, enjoying family and friends as well as sport activities like tennis, golf or skiing.
