Beate is Partner at Stanton Chase Düsseldorf and member of Practice Groups Industrial and Consumer products. She advises and supports global operating as well as medium-sized and family owned companies in their recruiting needs with focus on first and second level management positions and high level specialists nationally and on international level. In her carrier she has successfully conducted a great number of searches in all functional areas.

Before Beate started with Stanton Chase in 2014, she worked for leading international operating executive search consultancies as GEMINI Executive Search, Heidrick & Struggles / Mülder & Partner.

Beate has a university degree in Business Administration with emphasis on Personnel, Organisation and Law.

In her leisure time Beate enjoys sports, golf and skiing, and she likes arts, opera and travelling.
