Aslı Yalçın

Aslı Yalçın leads the Consumer Products and Services Practice Group for Stanton Chase International’s Istanbul office since 2017. Before Stanton Chase, she worked in Unilever’s human resources and marketing departments for 18 years.

The first part of Aslı’s career focused on all expertise areas of HR, including recruitment and taking on a business partnering role for sales function and regional project assignments in Unilever London.

In 2007, her passion for brands found life as she switched to a marketing role and held diverse Brand Manager, Marketing Director & Digital Marketing Lead roles (Home Care, Foods, Turkey, and regional) across AMET-RUB.

Aslı graduated from Tarsus American College and Bosphorus University’s English language and literature department. She also completed the International Gestalt Coaching Program. During her career, Aslı has supported leadership development as a mentor and coach. She takes active roles in several NGOs on education, refugee livelihood enhancement, and female leadership.
