Ashwini is the Managing Partner in the India region of Stanton Chase. She has over 18 years of experience in executive search and consulting. She specializes in Consumer Products, Retail, and the Life Sciences and Healthcare space. Her areas of strength include successfully concluding CXO searches and senior management assignments for key business functions including general management, sales and marketing, operations, strategy, supply chain, human resources and finance.
She is a Certified Assessment Consultant (Psychometric Assessments) and a Certified Organisation Culture Expert. She leads Executive/Leadership assessments and Organisation Culture Assessment for Stanton Chase, India Region. She is a certified Corporate Director, certified by the Institute of Directors.
Her prior stints have been with Adecco India & InSync Consulting, where she was the location head for Consumer, Retail & Services practice. Ashwini started her career as a Human resources specialist and was managing Human Resources for a large Indian Telecom services company and an Apparel Manufacturing Company for more than 4 years.
Ashwini is a Post Graduate in Human Resources and is a Graduate of Commerce. She has a passion for music and enjoys travelling.
