Anı Yeşim Sonmezer
Yeşim is a Managing Partner at Stanton Chase Istanbul and currently manages the office’s Supply Chain & Logistics, Industrial, and Energy Practice Groups. She has been involved in the executive search industry since 2009.
Yeşim started her engineering career in 1990 as SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Project Leader. Her industrial career includes specialization in B2B sales management of high and medium voltage and turnkey systems at Asea Brown Boveri. Following this, she worked for a consulting company in competitive intelligence, where she conducted competitive analyses of sales and customer experiences in the pension fund industry and high-tech consumer product distribution channels.
Yeşim also conducted Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Women Recruitment Training Module at Özyeğin University for three semesters.
Yeşim graduated from the electrical and electronical engineering department of Middle East Technical University. She attended a management program for engineers at Ankara University and received her master’s degree in human resources management from Marmara University. She is fluent in English.
