Andy Lai

Andy Lai is the Partner of Stanton Chase Korea.  Over his 25 years of career, Andy has experience across the Asia Pacific region dedicated to multinational companies.  Following 10 years of sales and marketing exposure as Marketing Director for Greater China with Quiksilver, he had a 15-year tenure with a number of renowned senior executive search firms recruiting C-suites candidates globally, specifically within the luxury and private equity sectors. He has strong connections with senior executives across the region and expertise in leadership advisory and change consulting.

Andy was born in Hong Kong and raised in the United Kingdom. He graduated from the University of Westminster, London with a B.Sc. degree in product design engineering. Having lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Seoul, he gained his cross-border management experiences and appreciation for cultural diversities. He is one of the few on the market who is able to integrate global market knowledge and insights to enhance regional and local strategies.
