Andrei Rakitin

Andrei leads the Stanton Chase Russia team in Moscow. Having rich experience in executive search since 2011, Andrei focuses on the corporate governance, education, and life sciences and healthcare sectors. Along with executive and non-executive search assignments, Andrei undertakes research and advisory projects, including board evaluations, training and development sessions, and career consulting.

Being a professional board director, Andrei is a regular public speaker and moderator at conferences, forums, roundtables, and other events.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Andrei held the role of Deputy Managing Partner at a well-known global executive search firm. Earlier in his career, he had worked as Associate Director Governance Services at Standard & Poor’s, Deputy CEO at the Corporate Governance Institute of RAO UES of Russia, Head of Business Development at the BULL Moscow office, Marketing and Communications Director at the Bureau Veritas Russia, and Representative of Active Marine Fisheries OJSC in South Korea.

Andrei earned his Bachelor of Science degree in international economics and business administration from the Far-Eastern State University and the University of Maryland. Later he completed the University of Otago MBA Program and obtained a degree in law at the Moscow Finance and Law University.

Andrei is an Information Mapping® and Hogan Assessment Systems certified expert, as well as an internationally certified facilitator.
