In his role as Director at Stanton Chase, Al primarily conducts executive search within the industrial, consumer products, government, and technology sectors. He works with Fortune 500 corporations as well as small to midsize organizations who benefit from his ability to intersect passion and purpose through relationships at the highest of levels of leadership.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Al led corporate talent acquisition teams, providing him unparalleled strategic experience in identifying and obtaining top talent aimed at achieving qualitative growth and increased market share. This results-driven approach of starting with the end in mind enables Al to stride toward solutions in every aspect of his professional pursuits. In his early career, Al served as a Recruiter, where he found his passion for making connections that make a difference and inspired his professional trajectory and transition from „hitting people to helping people.“
A southern Louisiana native, Al earned his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern State University, where he played football and served as Team Captain. Al resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife and four children, where he enjoys adventures with his family, dedicated volunteering at his church, and cheering on his favorite sports teams, which are too numerous to list.
