Adam Parker

Adam Parker is a Managing Director at Stanton Chase, with nearly 15 years of experience advising senior business leaders on key strategic issues. He is dedicated to serving the executive search needs of client companies across North America.

Adam brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across a wide range of industries and firms, from Fortune 500 companies to venture-capital backed startups. He has supported clients with key strategic needs impacting Finance, Operations, Technology, as well as Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Corporate Strategy. He is committed to being a strategic partner to his clients, always working to identify and place the top talent required to meet their organization’s unique needs.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Adam began his career as a Management Consultant with the boutique firms Treacy & Company and Kerdan Group, as well as running his own independent consultancy. Most recently, Adam led Business Development at a MassMutual-owned financial technology startup.

Adam is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he completed a double major in Economics and Philosophy. Originally from northeastern Pennsylvania, Adam now resides in Boston with his wife and young son.
