Ivan Sramek is a Partner at the Prague office of Stanton Chase. For the past 25 years, he has successfully managed more than 500 executive search assignments for a broad range of both German and international clients, ranging from family-owned to Fortune 500 companies. Industries served include the industrial, automotive, retail, and construction specialties markets. He has developed and executed assignments in Europe and CEE.
Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Ivan achieved extensive experience as a Consultant at Gemini Executive Search, a spinoff of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in CEE and in Germany at Korn Ferry International and Kienbaum.
