Zsolt Thomas Deák, Ph.D.

Zsolt has over 20 years of experience in various segments of human resources management. Early in his career he worked as senior consultant for international executive search companies in Hungary and the CEE region. Thereafter, he served as HR Director in a midsize IT company. He joined Captain Hungary Ltd., a Budapest based online people assessment company, as Managing Partner in 2001, and held this position until recently. In this role, Zsolt was responsible for business development, client relationship and consulting services such as leadership assessment, Assessment and Development Centre, career planning, advising, training and development, as well as talent management.

Zsolt is a Jungian analyst, psychologist and OD professional by training. He conducted MBA studies at Acadia University in Canada and the International Management Centre, Budapest (currently CEU-Business School). He lived and studied for two years in the San Francisco Bay Area, California, where he obtained a Ph.D. degree in psychology. Since 2016 he has been a member of the International Association for Analytic Psychology.
