Yamile Cevallos Sarquis

With more than 20+ years of HR experience Yamile has worked directing and managing all responsibilities of the human resources departments and attracting the very best talented executives in US and EU based international global companies doing business in Mexico and Latin America, such as Hines Interests, CHR Hansen, Dunkin´ Donut´s, Avon Cosmetics, Sheraton Hotels, Basham, Ringe & Correa, Haynes & Boone SC as well as well as independent consultant.

She has her BS degree in Psychology and accomplished the PhD candidacy stage for Behavior Neuroscience doctoral studies from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). She has also a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration from San Diego State University in the US.  She obtained her PhD academic scholarship from CONACyT; she has been international conference speaker/participant at HR forums and has other deep talent-oriented search courses from the Iberoamericana University in Mexico among others.

She has professional experience on proved and potential talent tasks and profiles detection on executive levels and it´s complete match with global corporation’s businesses trends with interviewing, competency, performance and retention for selecting, retaining and potential identification assessments techniques over a multicultural comprehension over the changing world.
