Tobias Klein is a Partner in the Stanton Chase Zurich office. He leads the Swiss Technology Practice and the functional Specialization CIO/CDO and Human Resources. His expertise covers Blockchain, Crypto, FinTech, Cyber Security, IT Architecture & Infrastructure, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence and various other industry sectors. Tobias has been covering his functional specialization as a trusted advisor in the past years focusing on Technology and Human Capital Management.
Tobias has an extensive background in management consulting, business transformation and the development of complex technology team’s cross-industry. He’s been providing consultancy services to executive leaders in Switzerland and Europe for over a decade and helps them design high performing teams. Based on his management consulting and process engineering background, he’s specialized in building the bridge between complex processes and the human capital aspects.
Before joining Stanton Chase International, Tobias was a Managing Partner in a Management Consulting firm, which specialized in providing HR Strategy solutions to executives in small-and midcap organizations in different industries yet with a strong focus on Blockchain and the Crypto Valley located in Zug and Zurich. Previously Tobias was leading HR projects as a strategic advisor to the leadership teams with a strong focus on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Parallel to his dedication to the Executive Search industry, Tobias acts as a lecturer in the fields of Strategic Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention, Talent Development and HR Project Management.
Tobias was born in Zurich and grew up in a multinational environment and is, therefore, fluent in German and English. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, golfing, fitness, and fine dining.
