She has operated at senior management and management board level in complex, multi-cultural, and challenging environments. Rozzyn has led some of the world’s largest brand positioning, issues management, crisis communications, and brand turnaround projects, namely VEON (formerly VimpelCom), LG Electronics, Tata Communications, and Motorola. Her experience spans international markets such as the U.S., UK and Europe, UAE, India, Russia, South Africa, and Korea.
Rozzyn led the crisis communications and rebrand for USD 9.6 billion VimpleCom (now VEON), driving one of the industry’s highest profile brand turnaround projects. The repositioning included overhauling the company’s external and internal brand positioning, its global vision and values, and internal communications (unifying its global team under a single global brand ethos and vision), and the company’s global rebrand, which saw VimpelCom become VEON in February 2017.
Rozzyn was instrumental in driving one of the Tata Group’s landmark sponsorship deals with Formula 1™ that saw Tata Communications become the official global technology provider for the sport. She has expertise in the mergers and acquisition space, having led a number of in-market brand and communications consolidation strategies within the European and South-Asian markets.
