She started her career in search with Kapient (KPMG Consulting) and then moved to work with various Executive search firms over the next 15 years covering the APAC region. She served as the Senior Associate, APAC with Kincannon & Reed Singapore and the Research and Client Development Manager for Signium International Singapore and the Asst Research Manager with Sanford Rose Associates Singapore.
Madeleine possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Ottawa University (USA).
She is fluent in both English and Chinese/Mandarin and had done regional searches within the Asia Pacific region.
