Lori Weeks

Lori Weeks is a Senior Associate in the Stanton Chase Houston office. She is in charge of executive level research and sourcing across all functions, for the Energy and Industrial searches, as well as for other practices such as Technology and Private Equity.

Lori was previously the Head of Research at Odgers Berndtson, U.S. At Odgers, she led the U.S. Research team and was responsible for all aspects of Research, Knowledge Management and Analytics for the U.S., across all industry sectors and functions. Prior to Odgers, Lori held research leadership roles for both boutique and global executive search firms, including The Alexander Group and Korn/Ferry International.

Having spent over 20 years in the executive search industry, she has a breadth of experience across the healthcare and life sciences, power and utilities, oil and gas, financial services, industrial, technology, and legal sectors. She also has experience with Board searches, diversity initiatives, and the non-profit sector. Prior to executive search, Lori began her research career in the legal industry as a Paralegal.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Houston and a Master in Business Administration from Marylhurst University.
