With over 20 years of experience in advisory services and business development, Jeff has focused on facilitating business and digital transformation across various industries and market segments. These include energy and natural resources, discrete manufacturing, the financial services industry, high-tech, information technology, public services, distribution and retail, consumer products, life sciences, and food and agriculture.​

Jeff possesses extensive knowledge and a profound understanding of IT technology and advisory markets, along with their associated ecosystems in the greater China region. He brings concrete leadership and management experience in key business functions such as strategy and planning, finance and accounting, sales management, business operations and delivery, channel and ecosystem, and most importantly, people leadership.​

Before joining Stanton Chase, Jeff held leadership positions with renowned organizations like Deloitte, SAP, Accenture, and others.​

Jeff offers guidance to clients on leadership development, encompassing activities such as talent acquisition, assessment, and fostering the growth of C-Suite leaders to effectively accomplish the business’s strategic objectives.​

Jeff holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies from the Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business at University College Dublin. He also obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the Beijing University of Science and Technology in China​.
