Janina Lorenci first joined Stanton Chase as a Research Trainee doing client and industry mapping, research, and marketing.
Janina was born in Slovenia and has since lived in Paris, New York City, and Amsterdam in pursuit of her musical studies. Despite a promising international career in saxophone, Janina soon realized her ambitions lay outside the world of music.
Janina founded two companies, both helping artists of all fields to gain exposure and work possibilities. One of these, Art-Sitters, is an innovative initiative connecting professional artists with young children, exposing them to different art forms and discovery of their creative talents.
During these endeavors, she discovered her passion for helping people develop their career, which cumulates for her into the art and science of executive search: connecting people to career opportunities at large. The impact that senior executives have on the world can be tremendous, and Janina wants to contribute in this regard to make this world a better place.
Janina speaks five languages and spends large parts of her free time cooking and especially baking. She likes to maintain a healthy sports regime and read great novels.
She lives in Amsterdam with her partner.
