Heidi Tieslau

Serving the consumer products and services and the nonprofit markets, Heidi prides herself on fostering an excellent client and candidate experience through outstanding search execution and transparent communication.   With decades of experience in corporate and nonprofit organizations, she understands what it takes to be an executive leader and is dedicated to translating her clients’ needs into an actionable strategy to find them the best-fit candidate. Since joining Stanton Chase, Heidi has participated in over 50 of searches across the industrial, consumer, healthcare, natural resources and energy, and nonprofit sectors.

Prior to Stanton Chase, Heidi was Director of Operations for Cable, Nashville’s largest and most prominent professional women’s networking organization that focuses on advancing diversity and inclusion within Nashville’s business community. During her tenure, Heidi had full responsibility for Cable’s most visible programs, including monthly networking events, mentorship programs, and Cable’s annual Athena Awards. In addition, she oversaw Cable’s Executive Leadership Academy in partnership with Lipscomb University as well as their Corporate Board Academy with the Tennessee Women Corporate Directors. She began her career in the nonprofit sector at Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee, where her role as Community Relations Manager gave her responsibility for food and fundraising activities, as well as establishing brand recognition through programs like Friends of the Food Bank and Second Harvest’s Community Council.

Born and raised in Georgia, Heidi studied at Auburn University, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in public relations with an emphasis in marketing. In 2004, Heidi moved to Nashville, where she worked in the music business for five years with Sony Music Nashville/Sony BMG and a startup digital music company, PassAlong Networks.

As a lifelong learner, Heidi is an avid reader and has completed certificates with Hogan Leadership Assessments, Dale Carnegie Leadership Training, Cable’s Executive Leadership Academy, and Young Leaders Council Training – where she currently services on the organization’s board of directors.  In her free time, Heidi enjoys traveling to new places, playing tennis and golf, and spending time with her family and friends.
