Heidi-Mai Warren

Heidi-Mai works with leaders of a variety of nationalities and cultures residing in the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the United States. Her clients include FTSE 100 CEOs, government officials, bankers, lawyers, professors, medics, entrepreneurs, artists, and athletes, to name but a few.

Her passion and skill lie in supporting her clients to realize their potential and make courageous and transformative changes within their careers and personal lives. She offers personalized Professional Development and Leadership Coaching, as well as a more focused Career Transition Coaching Program. She has also co-created and delivered executive, team, and leadership development coaching programs to corporate organizations.

Heidi-Maiʼs coaching practice is informed by her experience of working in organizations across the commercial, health, and nonprofit sectors. With a passion for bringing out the best in people as they work through personal, leadership, and professional challenges, Heidi-Mai is a focused, empathetic, and highly skilled coach. She takes her clients on a journey of self-awareness, believing they have the answers and resources within to tackle any challenge.

Heidi-Mai is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She holds the Full Circle Certificate in Executive Coaching, is a practitioner of The Leadership ProfileTM, and is a Firework Licensed Career Transition Coach. She also has an MSc in exercise and sports psychology and a BSc in sports and exercise science.
