Frank brings more than 30 years of corporate management and leadership experience to Stanton Chase. A seasoned executive recruiter, he has completed more than 250 assignments in the non-profit and private sectors. Frank has also helped numerous non-profit organizations with capacity building, human resource management, team building, strategic planning and executive search.
Frank also has extensive experience in executive coaching in a wide range of industries, including electronic, broadcasting, manufacturing, automotive, newspaper, government and financial services. He also holds an Advanced Certification in the Birkman Method® and leverages this internationally renowned assessment to better understand the behaviors and motivations of finalists to ensure cultural best fit.
As a graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management he joined Baker Hughes, Inc. as a management trainee in 1978. Frank held numerous marketing and human resources positions and spent several years in Singapore in these capacities. In 1987, Frank helped manage the transition of the merger between Baker International and Hughes Oil Tools and ran a career resource center. He became Vice President of Human Resources for three separate divisions of Baker Hughes, including two start-ups in the performance-drilling arena.
In 1994, Frank established his own organizational consulting practice and has worked with more than 500 organizations in assisting their executive level leaders in their professional development and organizational capability planning efforts. In addition, he has worked with the Nashville Office of the Center for Nonprofit Management since 1995, assisting local not-for- profit organizations with leadership selection and development. Frank brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in high-level executive development, search and selection across public, private and not-for- profit industries and is a valuable member of the Stanton Chase Nashville office.
