Elizabeth joined Stanton Chase Houston in 2022 bringing a fresh perspective and unique approach to the retained executive search process. Prior to Stanton Chase, Elizabeth leveraged technology to optimize business processes for various clients: data collection and analytics to change major function SOP, creating a stronger web presence (DreamHost, WordPress, Elementor Pro), creating social media strategies, creating sales territory maps to identify greenfield revenue opportunities, and increasing online brand awareness.
Elizabeth has successfully transitioned her technical and marketing skills to creatively build a strong candidate pool through unique outreach marketing campaigns and identifying and engaging candidates with a unique combination of skillsets.
Elizabeth attended the University of Houston Clear Lake where she majored in Business and minored in Marketing.
Considering herself a lifetime learner, she completed numerous Google Academy and HubSpot certifications.
