Edward J. Savage, III
Mr. Savage is the co‐founder and currently serves as the Managing Director for Stanton Chase Los Angeles, CA. Prior to this, he served as the US Chairman for operations and was also the global practice leader for Professional Services. He has been active in the firm’s Industrial, Technology, Consumer Products and Services, and Healthcare Life Science practice groups. His focus has also included Private Equity and Venture Capital Finance high growth companies, recruiting Chief Executives, Board Members, and other “C” suite executives. Previously, Ed was co‐founder and Chief Operating officer of Kors Marlar Savage, a mid‐sized international Leadership Capital Consulting firm.
Prior to this Mr. Savage was the Vice President/Managing Partner and member of the Executive Committee for Korn / Ferry International in Los Angeles, a firm he was associated with for 10 years. Earlier he was Chief Administrator and Senior staff member of the Computer Sciences Department for the RAND Corporation and previously was a consultant for Arthur D. Little, Inc. Mr. Savage holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Liberal Arts from Louisiana State University. He is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.
Current outside activities include serving as a Director and Chairman Emeritus of the World Presidents’ Organization, Young Presidents’ Organization and Board Member for the Chief Executives Organization. He also serves as an outside Director for the California Coast Venture Forum, Stanford Business School Angel Fund, as well as Board Member of 5 early stage Venture-backed companies. Prior to this, he served as a Trustee of one of the University of California graduate schools, the Santa Barbara Natural History Museum and the United Nations Business Council.
