She has more than 25 years of experience in the field of human resources and general management and has worked in various multinational enterprises in Europe and the Middle East.

Eva gained a broad professional and cultural expertise while working in Germany, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Egypt, Kuwait, and Dubai, focusing on talent, change and performance management, and organizational development.

Eva is married and has three daughters and a stepdaughter. She is passionate about people, languages, and cultures. She spends her free time swimming and cycling.
