Dimitris Pezoulas

Dimitris is a Partner primarily focused on advising clients on executive recruitment and talent allocation. His key areas of expertise are within the FMCG and retail sector.

Keeping a strategic eye on key social, economic, and sectoral trends, he has accumulated a profound knowledge of the field with both a local and international outlook. His global perspective and rational mindset are key attributes that greatly serve both clients and candidates. He believes that it is all about connecting talent and organizations and creating a two-way stream of value.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Dimitris worked several years in the FMCG industry within sales and marketing departments of multinational corporations such as Johnson & Johnson and General Mills in Europe and the Middle East respectively, earning a deep understanding of diverse organizational structures and cultures.

Dimitris holds an M.S.c in international business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree from the American College of Athens in Greece.
