Dimitrios Adam, Ph.D.

Dimitrios Adam is a Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens. His responsibilities include leadership assessments and organizational culture projects in Stanton Chase’s People Strategy and Digital Innovation Unit.

Before joining Stanton Chase, Dimitrios worked as a consultant for a boutique psychometrics firm in Athens, Greece. He has previously held both contractor and in-house roles as a researcher in London, UK. In addition to this, he has experience in designing, executing, and reporting on projects aimed at understanding and predicting behaviours.

Dimitrios holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Curtin University. His other degrees include a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Roehampton. He also regularly conducts lectures on psychometrics and its practical applications in a variety of settings as a part-time guest lecturer.
