Cristina Magat

Cristina Magat is a founding member of Stanton Chase Malaysia. She is also its Research Director. She oversees all aspects of candidate research and development. In addition to this, she is a leading force in the development and implementation of Stanton Chase Malaysia’s marketing strategy.

Cristina brings over 30 years of administrative and operational expertise in various industries to the table. Her initial experience was in sales and technical supervision for medical and scientific instrumentation in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In subsequent years, she developed extensive expertise in the management of MBA programs at leading UK universities, including the recruitment of high-potential candidates from around the world.

Cristina holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde, UK. She is fluent in English and Tagalog. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering with children, teaching them values and character, and building tailored programs for them.
