Burkhard has 20 years of experience in executive search as a Senior Consultant and later as a Partner for various executive search companies.

He focuses on medium-sized, owner-managed mechanical and plant engineering companies, as well as the construction supply industry and medical technology.

He supports his clients in filling management positions in Germany, Europe, the United States, and Asia, especially China. Burkhard has a very deep knowledge of markets, structures, and developments in his industry sectors. He also supports clients in setting up locations abroad.

One of his strengths is building long-term relationships to support people in their professional development.

Burkhard has a degree in business administration (FH). He is fluent in German and English. He is married and has three grown children. In his free time, he is interested in politics and culture and is involved in forestry in his home region.
