Ang Onorato

As a Director with Stanton Chase International, Ang Onorato works with clients to identify and assess top talent and high-potential leaders that drive impact and increase business value. Ang brings diverse and broad industry experience across several verticals to Stanton Chase. She has championed initiatives in areas such as: process improvement, executive coaching and leadership, succession planning, behavioral assessment and diversity, and inclusion.

Ang is tenacious in her approach to building long-standing relationships with candidates and clients, for driving efficient operational excellence and process improvements and identifying hidden talent in challenging markets. She is passionate about identifying and engaging talent, providing talent intelligence and hiring top leaders that bring success to their respective companies, as well as transforming their own lives and communities.

Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Ang held roles with Korn Ferry, IBM/Kenexa, Russell Reynolds and Merck Pharmaceuticals. She has over 20 years of executive search, leadership development, talent acquisition and business operations consulting which positions her to effectively understand key business needs for clients and candidates alike.

Ang holds a M.S. in Social Sciences from Bryn Mawr College and a B.A. in Psychology from Rutgers University. Ang is based in Philadelphia and is involved with entrepreneurial and minority business associations such as FemCity and the Philadelphia Women’s Business Conference. She also volunteers with the Red Cross on the Disaster Action Team and several dog rescue organizations.
