He has a background of more than 20 years at the senior and executive management level at international energy companies, including the power plant engineering and construction business. Having worked for global enterprises, privately held midsize companies as well as startups, he is familiar with different working cultures, processes, and reporting requirements.
Before joining Stanton Chase, Andreas provided HR services such as executive search, interim management, and HR consultancy to companies predominantly in the energy sector with another well-known executive search firm.
Due to his extensive involvement in industry associations both in Germany and at the EU level, he also gained valuable experience working with governmental institutions and politicians.
Furthermore, Andreas is an examined and certified Mediator and serves as an honorary judge, which makes him a credible adviser in conflict resolution matters.
Andreas has a degree in thermal and process engineering and is fluent in German, English, and Dutch.
