As search professionals we realize that there’s more to the process than learning about the candidate. We, of course, want to understand candidates’ career goals, but we also must understand their families and how a certain city can meet all of their expectations. Frequently, job opportunities take families to foreign countries or what may appear to be a less glamorous city. It can be a difficult time. We must keep that in mind as we recruit the top talent from around the world.
