The Moscow office of Stanton Chase International has published an analysis of publicly available information about company Boards in Russia. Titled “An Overview Of Boards Of Directors At Russia’s Largest Public Companies,” the report highlights changes in Board composition and remuneration that have taken place since the authors published a similar study in 2012. This latest report takes a look at how many of Russia’s largest public companies have independent Chairs and how women are represented on these companies’ Boards, among other pertinent issues.
