Heather ConnellyManaging Partner Heather is the President and Managing Partner of Stanton Chase Toronto. Known for her "high touch" style in her relationships with clients and candidates, she has spent much of her career dealing with the complex processes associated with change at the senior executive and board level and the transition strategies required. A former Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, she led the Public Sector and Leadership Services practices in Canada. She is a former Partner of both Caldwell Partners and KPMG. She has been assessing and evaluating leadership talent for over 20 years. Heather is Vice Chair and former Chair of the Learning Partnership (a partnership between public education and business), and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Change Foundation and VON Canada Foundation. Among her other community activities are the Governance Committees of Wellspring and The Learning Partnership. Heather is also a coach for the Executive Director Institute, co-sponsored by the Maytree Foundation and York University. Heather is a frequent speaker on Board Governance and Leadership Transition. Michael GrahamPartner Michael is a Partner in the Toronto office of Stanton Chase International, specializing in the North American technology and financial services sectors. He brings extensive experience in the recruitment of senior executives and corporate directors in the US and Canada. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Michael was a Senior Consultant with a leading technology recruitment firm, where he was responsible for handling senior assignments for some of the most respected technology firms and late stage start-ups in North America. Previously, Michael owned a multi location food service business and was a partner in a manufacturing firm in Toronto. Industry Practice Expertise:

Wendy LondonPartner Wendy is a partner with Stanton Chase Toronto. Following her work in human resources at a Tier 1 packaged goods company, she entered executive search in 1988, building her own company into a well-respected boutique serving clients throughout Ontario, she joined Stanton Chase in 2009. She has completed numerous searches for Boards of Directors, completed an internal review and evaluation of all management functions and personnel in a major power company, and has extensive contacts in the human resources and public affairs disciplines. Wendy also has a background in social psychology and has done extensive student and professional counselling. Wendy holds dual Canadian/US citizenship, and maintains close ties with family in her native New York. When not visiting her son, a Professor at Ohio State, she is passionate about her backyard garden, when in Canada’s too short season. Industry Practice Expertise:
